➡️Host ( Devlin ) Q1: What was your original intention to create UVP? What did you think about doing this?
➡️Guest ( Nicole C ). This may be very curious. Before building UVP, I was very concerned about the NFT market and was an anime fan.
When I saw the mosaic-like NFT images, I thought why couldn’t they look good? Wouldn’t it be nice to look like the anime? I suddenly realized it was a good idea.
Many animation IPs are not aware of the possibility to combine with NFT or have not moved yet. Introducing interesting animation into NFT will open a blue ocean, right? So, my team and I further refined the idea, discussed the feasibility and decided to build on the Tulpa Mancer animation IP to create a different NFT.
➡️Host ( Devlin ) Q2: UVP chose Asian animation IP first, despite its fame in Asia, do you worry that it won’t work in the Europe and America?
➡️Guest ( Nicole C ) . Very sharp, first of all, many Asian animation is popular in Europe and the United States, especially in the early years. Japanese animation such as Dragonball, Naruto, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Attack of the Giants, Luffy and so on are popular in Asia, Europe and the United States.
Recently, Chinese animation has advanced by leaps and bounds, with CG and storytelling as good as Japanese animation, such as Tulpa Mancer, which is refreshing for European and American audiences who are tired of Japanese manga. Tulpa Mancer has been proven in Asia, I am not worried at all that it will fail in Europe and America but will let the audience appreciate the different charm of Chinese animation.

UVP’s first animated IP Tulpa Mancer is highlighted by attractive storyline and super-detailed CG, we have created a NFT collection of characters, which will soon meet with you. We have been holding interesting online activities, giving out rewards such as freemint, launching short videos of characters, etc. This has attracted a large number of European and American fans, including NFT fans and animation fans. In addition, many Asian and NFT fans are also interested in Tulpa Mancer and in turn continue to follow UVP and participate in activities.
It is worth mentioning the DAO mechanism. We promote free creation, and by the middle of development, users can create personal IP and related NFTs at UVP, and if they are widely loved, we will produce animated videos and help solicit corresponding scripts. UVP has been advancing, and we will regularly report on the subsequent actions. Also, I don’t quite want to say to pry up the European and American markets, but prefer to say gather and accompany more users there who really love the Tulpa Mancer IP and are willing to grow together with it.

➡️Guest ( Nicole C ) . Let me talk about the market landscape of NFT. From opensea, we can see that there are several categories in the NFT market: Art, Collectibles, PFPs, Domain names, Ticketing and membership, Gaming, Virtual worlds, Music, Sports, Trading Cards, etc.
Most are the native NFT of the crypto world, represented by BAYC, although it is hot in the crypto world, NBA star Curry even bought a bored ape avatar and Sotheby’s auction house auctioned a batch of bored ape avatars, but for most traditional users, the bored ape is just some columns of actions, expressions and decorative permutations. It is inexplicably hot, except for individual news of sky-high sales, there is nothing more. And the enduring Disney, Marvel and other IPs have strong backbone with complete stories, animation, movies, amusement parks, etc. and this is the “Achilles heel” of NFT represented by the bored apes. Then compare the Tulpa Mancer IP-based UVP, we understand that pure encryption NFT will decrease, and NFT supported by complete and excellent stories will remain viable for long. Of course, if Bored Ape can spawn excellent animation, movies and others, it will also continue to stay hot.

➡️Guest ( Nicole C ) . Very good question. Some NFT projects are collectible, some are Virtual world to bring immersive experience, and some are beautifully produced to make people eager to buy. But few can combine these advantages, which is a pity but an opportunity for us. UVP will not only build NFT around the characters to meet the demand for collection, but will also gradually develop the entire Virtual world ecology such as games to meet the demand for entertainment, and then create a DAO community to provide a platform to design own IP to meet the demand for creation. In short, UVP is ultimately the complete and attractive meta-universe world, and the story of Tulpa Mancer will be spread throughout.

➡️Guest ( Nicole C ) . In fact, pure NFT is far from the real web3.0. If UVP stopped at just releasing NFT collections based on characters, there would be no room for growth and lasting vitality. Even NFT has good-looking characters and excellent story, without a new bearer, it cannot unleash new power. What I want to talk about is the concept I mentioned earlier, the meta-universe. This is the direction of UVP and the ultimate mission of all NFTs that want to prosper for a long time.
If taking NFT as an admission ticket, metaverse is the free world of immersive experience after admission, which is carried on web3.0 based on blockchain.
If there is only one admission ticket but cannot be experienced, it is like a two-dimensional world to move backwards and forwards, while after developing the metaverse ecology, it has four dimensions to move in any direction and travel in time. The experience definitely makes a huge difference, so the NFT project is going to develop a meta-universe ecology through entertainments.
