Mark Goodman CEO and head of UK construction has more than 20 years of experience in the UK for building and development and over the last 10 years has helped constructed over £500m worth of developments with some of the largest developers in the UK
Thomas Parsons is head of DAO and co-founder of BRIKN. He is an expert blockchain business advisor and has founded his very own blockchain consultancy. He started out in the industry in 2015 and has helped over 20 projects through to launch phase and has expertise in marketing, community development and fundraising.
Davinder is an experienced CFO and has worked for some very big names over the years including Knight Frank
Sam and Luke both have a large Rent to Rent portfolio and will be overseeing that part of our business model they also run a large marketing company and currently running all our marketing strategies
Elliot and Jay are CEO and CTO of Decubate, respectively, they will be taking care of our smart contracts and our vault, which is the HUB of our DAO platform and rewards system.

You can also vote upon proposals using the token, these proposals will be created by the members of the DAO that hold NFTs within our project. The NFT holders can also stake their NFTs to receive a share of 50% of profits from our property management company, another section of Brik by Brik LTD.

➡️Guest ( Liam ) ➡️ We are currently building our DAO platform, this will have multiple smart contracts built into it and will be utilising ChainLink technology, so we will are partnering up with ChainLink and will be marketing our project to their community.
We aim to start purchasing properties before the end of Q1 and we already have these properties lined up. This is so investors can see proof of concept and we can start generating profits to distribute once we go live.

➡️Guest ( Liam ) ➡️ Great question the long term strategy is to achieve a portfolio of £50m over the next 5 years. Because we’re not tokenising property the token price is more stable.
We aim to purchase as many properties as we can while the market is low which will give you maximum rewards once the vault is ready which pays in uSDT
➡️TW ( linhhong2111 ) ➡️ 2 . The security of any platform is very important as this will give users a peace of mind. Are the contracts of #Briknio already audited or still pending? If still pending, how soon will they be audited and will the audit report be available for the community once completed?
➡️Guest ( Liam ) ➡️ Audit is already complete and we will also be doing another with CertiK very soon.
We are partnered with cyber smart defence which is one of the top cyber security companies in Europe they will also test the different smart contracts and protect our platforms

Rewards are distributed for the life time you decide to stake your tokens.

The goldmine NFTs will not only grant you full governance over the project but you will also be able to create proposals for the community to vote on and the Goldmine NFTs also get 50% of the management fees from the management company.
Normal NFTs will be created per property giving you the chance to creat proposals for that property along with its management fees
