I have more than 8 years of management experience in commercial and product teams, experience in managing knowledge-intensive projects. Being on the cryptocurrency market since 2018. MBA OU UK, Certified business coach.
Meta DAO Guild is a multifunctional Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) that develops unique infrastructure solutions to automate and maximize revenue from gaming assets.
We offer not only training for newbies and gaming NFT rental service in the Scholarship structure. These services are already widely presented in the market by other NFT gaming guilds. Unlike others, we approached the market problems in a comprehensive manner and launching infrastructure solutions for the GameFi market.

We have META in our name because we are excited about the metaverse and it’s perspectives.
DAO — because we are a community-driven decentralized autonomous organization.

➡️Host ( Devlin ) : 2) What are the highlights of Meta DAO Guild technology and products that you believe will help you succeed? And what plans do you have to attract more users ?
➡️Guest ( Roman Goriunov ) : We are launching three infrastructure platforms:
The first platform is MetaRent — a decentralized p2p platform where NFT owners can rent their tokens to gamers, and gamers can rent NFTs without any payment (profit from gaming activities is shared between owner and the gamer) This solves the gamers’ problem with expensive access to P2E games and the owners’ problem with lack of time to play and earn by their NFT’s.
2nd is our own guild and scholarship. We have unic mechanics of ranking systems which allows better players earn more, for example you get some mdgg tokens every 10 lvls, and we run our scholarship program.
3d is Clan system which is opportunity to start your own guild and become a clan leader, or join us with existed guild. nomatter 10 or 10k members.
We cooperate with lots of bloggers and thematic telegram and discord channels and communities. We are going to spread our activity to gamers communities and influencers.
➡️Host ( Devlin ) : 3) What are the aims of Meta DAO Guild simplify and strengthen cryptocurrency platforms & their markets by providing comprehensive insurance coverage through automated smart contracts?
➡️Guest ( Roman Goriunov ) : For example we will provide smart-conracts on our MetaRent platform. The technical implementation depends on the game: for example, in popular game Axie Infinity NFT remains with his owner, and Scholar has the ability to connect NFT to own game account and start playing and earn. In this case, all profits go to wallet of the NFT owner and he, in turn, shares income with the player. For player insurance NFT owner must reserve a certain amount in smart-contract when renting out NFTs.
For other games, if necessary, will additional mechanics to protect the interests of both parties.
➡️Host ( Devlin ) : 4) What is your top priorities in the end of 2022 and the coming 2023, so Could you share some plans for the upcoming year? Which part of the project are you most focused on right now?
➡️Guest ( Roman Goriunov ) : We follow the roadmap. We have launched the airdrop and the seed round. Recently we have announced a milestone event for our project — a partnership with XDAO. Also we have launched Scholarship program. We have done a web 3.0 connection and a smart contract.
Next, according to our plan, we have the development of MetaRent — a platform for renting gaming NFTs and listing of our token on CEX and DEX in Q2 of 2022. And in the 3rd quarter of 2022 we plan to open the DAO Launchpad venture investment fund. For 2023 we have MetaExchange and our own game launch.
➡️Host ( Devlin ) : 5) What’s the motivation for starting this project?
➡️Guest ( Roman Goriunov ) : Having become interested in GameFi and getting to know the NFT market more closely, we realized that this market is not without flaws. Game projects and decentralized organizations solve some of the problems of players, investors and developers locally. But there is no single structure in this, there is no universal solution that would fix the pains of all participants in the NFT market. Our team is working on creating such a solution.

➡️Twitter ( Karishma100k ) : Partnerships are very important for any platform to build up from zero level to success. So does ‘ “#MetaDAOGuild” have strong partners to support for withstanding against huge competition in crypto market?
➡️Guest ( Roman Goriunov ) : Partnerships are a crucial part of project success. At the moment, we are working on a partnership with the top blockchain having GameFi-friendly ecosystem. As for allies we already have onboard a number of advisors who help us to grow the community and I am one of them, several VC funds from different regions and so on. All these partnerships will be announced in our community very soon, so join Meta DAO Guild community in order to be one of the luckiest early adopters, who will skim the cream off the most prospective GameFi projects before they got hyped and overvaluated.
➡️Twitter ( langitberwarna ) : One of the interesting Features that Meta DAO offers is “META RENT”. Can you explain more about it? How does Meta Rent work implemented on the Meta DAO platform? then how players can access these features?
➡️Guest ( Roman Goriunov ) : MetaRent, the first P2P platform where NFT owners can rent out their game assets (characters, lands, items, etc.) and players can rent them to play and earn money. In this way, players get to start the game without an initial investment, and NFT owners get passive income from their assets without wasting time playing the game.
➡️Twitter ( Devidman10) : Do the token holders have the right to participate in the governance of the project? What kind of decisions can they vote on about the project? What are the benefits of holding token?
➡️Guest ( Roman Goriunov ) : Holders of MDGG tokens have a direct influence on the project. The most important aspect of the work of DAO Launchpad will depend on these people — the choice of the GameFi project in which will be directed the fund’s investments.
➡️Twitter ( Mahamud32) : To ensure the stability and growth of the token, do you implement some mechanisms such as the BuyBack system, you can share with us what other mechanisms and/or systems you implement deployed to provide stability and maintain constant deflation of this token?
➡️Guest ( Roman Goriunov ) : We will use a deflationary token burn model to maintain the value of our token. For example, we have plan to burn commission for sending tokens to staking, as well as the commission for using the MetaRent and MetaExchange services.

➡️Guest ( Roman Goriunov ) : Meta DAO Guild aims to be a metaverse and blockchain gaming guide for many people from all over the planet. We create a universal environment where every community member can grow and earn in the GameFi sphere. We are going to build the new virtual economy infrastructure, which will become the financial system foundation of the metaverse.
➡️Telegram ( Stanley Dixon) : Trust and security is very important for the project so what is the Audit status of your project?
➡️Guest ( Roman Goriunov ) : I love this question. We plan to hold several public audits by independent companies in the following weeks, we plan to set up whole KYC for our users, and taking into consideration that we plan to work worldwide, ICO audits and all GDPR regulations are guaranteed to our users. Futhermore, we also work on protection from phishing attacks and any scam or fraud, that is why we have CTF people among us.
➡️Telegram ( Jaki) : did you consider community feedback/requests during the creation of your product in order to expand on fresh ideas for your project? Many projects fail because the target audience and clients are not understood. So I’d like to know who your ideal consumer is for your product?
➡️Guest ( Roman Goriunov ) : Good question. We are developing our products it tight interaction with our users by customer development process. Our ideal consumers are gamers from Southeast Asia (Philippines, Indonesia), investors from USA and Europe and other countries. All of them are crypto and NFT users even newbies
➡️Telegram ( Bell Rainwater) : Revenue is an important aspect for all projects to survive and maintain the project / company. What is the way to generate profit / revenue of token? What is the income model?
➡️Guest ( Roman Goriunov ) : Our business model is based on our units. In short:
1) as part of Guilds Scholarship, we receive part of the gaming income from the game of our scholars,
as well as from our investments and the price increase of the guild-owned gaming NFT
2) on the MetaRent and MetaExchange platforms we will receive commission from transactions
3) The Guild rents our NFT to the Clan, receiving its part of income. The Clan Leader pays a fee in MDGG tokens for the clan creating and expansion. The fee is completely burned to assue the value of token(deflationary model).

➡️Guest ( Roman Goriunov ) : Our competitive advantages are that we are working to solve real users’ problems on the growing NFT market. We build our project on customer development scheme so we are in deep contact with useres to help them with theis pains. E.g. if you have tried to get an allocation on a launchpad, you know how difficult it is. We are providing DAO Launchpad as a place where the community can earn from early investments and early access to GameFi projects. We are focused to become a infrastruction center in GameFI market, as a DAO-based gaming community that creates opportunities beyond scholarships and delivers the first solution to provide automated yield on gaming assets.
